Return and Refund Policy

At Trophy SA, we take great care to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and carefully inspected before dispatch.However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will gladly exchange it for you.

1. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process an exchange, please email info@trophysa.co.za with the following:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

    • A short description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order).

3. Return Shipping

  • If your exchange is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
